As Chief Executive Officer, Steven leads Pelitas to develop and provide innovative patient access solutions to address both the growing demand for improved outcomes for patients and sustained financial health for providers. He is driven by the idea that flexible, cloud-based solutions can dramatically improve efficiency and satisfaction across patient access functions. Steven has spent the majority of his career working to transform the hospital revenue cycle and helping providers improve financial and operating performance. Notably, he spent 13 years with Hospital Corporation of America (HCA), where he was instrumental in the creation and launch of Parallon.
Steven is a thought leader in the healthcare revenue cycle sector, with a proven record of guiding companies through periods of innovation. He has worked with providers across the entire healthcare industry as these providers seek to change revenue cycle practices through broad-scale transformation.
As Chief Growth Officer, Dominick’s prime concern is driving value for Clients. He loves to help hospitals and health systems cultivate loyalty among their patients with the right mix of patient access technology and process improvements which have a direct impact on the hospital’s bottom line. Dominick has spent his entire career in healthcare technology focused on automation that drives value for the patient and provider, specifically in the Revenue Cycle arena. His passion is to simplify the business of healthcare so his friends and neighbors can focus on the care they need.
Dominick and his wife, Tracey, spend their time learning new things, exercising, and spending time with friends and family.
Kishore is responsible for solutions development, architecture, deployments, support and implementations for Pelitas. Over the course of his journey with Pelitas, formerly DCS Global, he has had many different roles in the solutions framework and the design evolution of the Pelitas platform. Prior to joining Pelitas, Kishore was a software consultant at Verizon for over six years, where he was actively involved across multiple business groups and projects related to bundling tools and dynamic intelligence support systems integrated with rules engines. Kishore has extensive experience in different industries including IT, Energy Sector, Financial, Telecom, and Healthcare.
Kishore received his Masters in Management from Cox School of Business, SMU and Masters in Electronics from Nagarjuna University.
Suresh’s responsibilities include implementation, integration and managing the suite of EDI solutions available on the Pelitas platform. He has over twenty-four years’ experience in information technology, specializing in EDI, database development/administration, Data warehousing, and Business Intelligence solution development. Suresh emphasizes continued learning, effective communication, and the importance of collaboration in order for a project to be successful and ultimately
Outside of work, Suresh enjoys spending time with his family and going golfing on the weekends.
As Vice President of Sales, Lance is responsible for the sales team development and execution of the company’s growth strategy across the US. Lance joined Pelitas, formerly DCS Global, in January 2012 as a Regional Sales manager. Since then, he has been instrumental in growing the Pelitas brand with partners across the US, helping organizations of all sizes find the right patient access solution to increase cash and cultivate loyalty.
Lance is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing and raising longhorns with his family. He enjoys spending time with his soon-to-be-wife, Rendi, and their two dogs, General and Winston.
As Vice President of Solutions Management for Pelitas, John’s job is to engage Pelitas clients and the market at large to better understand the challenges they face so that Pelitas can define, prioritize, build, and deliver a portfolio of integrated solutions which help to address those challenges. Healthcare is an ever-changing environment where the patient has become an involved and important consumer. Solutions which help organizations better engage their patients while increasing cash and cultivating loyalty are a winning formula. As a result, these foundational attributes serve as guiding principles in every portfolio decision John helps to facilitate. John brings over 20 years of healthcare revenue cycle and product management experience to his role at Pelitas. He is a passionate Product leader with a track record of successful solution introductions as well as growth of legacy offerings.
John is blessed with a loving wife of over 20 years and two incredible sons. In his free time, John enjoys outdoors activities including snowboarding. He is passionate about Auburn University football and Atlanta United soccer.
Wyche T. (“Tee”) Green, III joined the Pelitas board in April 2019, extending the depth of leadership and experience with his software executive, investor, and board member experience.
Tee started his career in banking operations upon graduation from Auburn University. He was part of the founding team of Greenway Corporation where he led the sale of Greenway Corporation to the BISYS Group for $47.5 million. Tee remained with the BISYS Group in leadership roles including CEO of Greenway Medical Technologies. By way of organic growth and multiple acquisitions, Green led the company to the eventual merger of Greenway and two other companies which had over 2,000 employees and a $1b enterprise value. He continued as CEO of the combined companies until April of 2016.
David Lack is a Managing Partner and co-founder of Tritium Partners, responsible for sourcing and executing acquisitions and monitoring several of Tritium Partners' portfolio companies, including Pelitas.
Prior to co-founding Tritium Partners, David was a Partner at Austin Ventures where he spent 11 years helping to launch and build the Growth Equity practice. Previously, David was a Manager at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), focusing on the Retail and Consumer client practice. Prior to BCG, David was a consultant at Alliance Consulting Group in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Matt Bowman is a Managing Partner of Tritium Partners and assists Pelitas with organic and acquisition growth strategies.
Prior to joining Tritium Partners, Matt was an investment professional at the Pritzker Group in Chicago and at Austin Ventures on the Growth Equity team.
Matt started his career as an investment banker at RBC Capital Markets and MHT Partners focusing on corporate finance and M&A transactions in the services and technology sectors.
Chris Steiner is a Principal of Tritium Partners, responsible for sourcing and executing acquisitions and monitoring Tritium’s portfolio companies, including Pelitas.
Prior to joining Tritium, Chris was CFO and Head of Strategy at Bypass, a tablet based point of sale software company serving multi-site food and beverage providers. At Bypass, Chris led business development, corporate development, and strategy and oversaw all financial matters. Prior to Bypass, Chris was an investment professional with Austin Ventures, helping to acquire, grow, and exit investments in the firm’s growth equity practice with a particular focus on the financial services and financial technology sectors.
Prior to joining Austin Ventures, Chris was a manager in the Transaction Services group of KPMG. While at KPMG, Chris provided due diligence and advisory services to private equity and strategic investors covering a diverse array of transactions and sectors in North America and in Europe.
