Linda provides value to clients by strategizing on investments to increase cash and cultivate patient loyalty. Her focus is delivering a seamless, top-shelf experience for clients while identifying technology or process gaps that may hinder the patient experience. Linda started out as a critical care/Emergency/Burn RN in Detroit but has spent the past 17 years implementing healthcare technologies across large healthcare networks and independent practices. Most recently, she has helped organizations leverage technology to transition into value-based care and fee-for-value reimbursement models. Linda particularly enjoys collaborating to develop clear metrics of success, monitoring tools, and meaningful insights into the data.
Linda lives in Frisco TX with her husband, Karl. She was not born in Texas, but she got here as fast as she could. In her spare time, she enjoys watching or attending Formula 1 races, making her own organic soap, international travel with zero itinerary, reading, and playing board games or cards with her family.
